We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Continuing Care Assistant to join our team at Health Careers in Saskatchewan. As a Continuing Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and activities of daily living for clients to encourage optimum level of functioning.
  • Support clients in meeting their physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual needs.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to deliver exceptional care and service.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Continuing Care Assistant certificate (CCA)
  • Organizational skills
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
