**Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Yorkton Regional Health Centre. As a member of our Nursing Inpatient Administration team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and promoting health and healing.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide education and support to patients and families as a member of the healthcare team
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of patients
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop strategies for care
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery

**Requirements:

  • Practical Nursing diploma
  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) registration with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of SK (CLPNS)
  • Valid driver's license (where required)
