Product Advisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Product Advisor to join our team at OpenRoad Auto Group. As a Product Advisor, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized vehicle recommendations to customers based on their needs and preferences.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Sell new and pre-owned vehicles, and demonstrate vehicles to customers.
- Stay up-to-date on all products, including features, specifications, prices, colors, options, and standard equipment.
- Use effective closing techniques to maximize sales and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Deliver new and pre-owned vehicles to customers and ensure a smooth handover process.
- Collaborate with the Service Department to ensure customers receive excellent service and support.
- Set and achieve sales goals and objectives, and participate in regular sales meetings to review progress.
- Proven sales experience in the automotive industry, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong knowledge of vehicles, including features, specifications, and pricing.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
