We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Human Resources Generalist to join our team at MacLean Engineering. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, recruitment, and onboarding services to our employees.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to employees, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Partner with leadership to develop and implement HR programs and initiatives, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
- Coordinate and administer HR-related activities, such as employee file maintenance, benefits administration, and performance reviews.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of employment legislation, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of HR services and support.
- Diploma or degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration.
- Knowledge of and experience in multi-provincial legislation.
- Bilingualism (French and English) is required.
- CHRP or CHRL designation preferred.
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office applications and HRIS systems.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
