Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Lead to join our team at COLOR ME MINE. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving sales growth in our retail business.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of 3-4 sales professionals, including retail salespersons and sales clerks.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and meet business objectives.
- Merchandise Management: Order merchandise, authorize returns, and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Operational Efficiency: Establish work schedules, supervise and coordinate activities of workers, and maintain a fast-paced work environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or retail management role.
- Skills: Accurate, client-focused, efficient interpersonal skills, organized, reliable, and a team player.
This role is based in an urban area and requires the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment with tight deadlines. The successful candidate will be required to stand for extended periods and have a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
