Job Title: Insurance Sales Representative

About the Role:
Altamash Syed Insurance Agency Ltd. is seeking a motivated sales-oriented individual to lead our business development efforts. As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will be responsible for establishing personalized telephone contact with clients, creating a climate of trust conducive to the sale of home or auto insurance policies, and educating and advising clients on our products while adhering to the company's underwriting policies.

Responsibilities:
  • Establishes personalized telephone contact with the client to create a climate of trust conducive to the sale of a home or auto insurance policy.
  • Creates and executes sales strategies to seize all sales opportunities, solicitation, and product offers.
  • Works with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
  • Uses a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.

Requirements:
  • Sales experience with a successful track record of meeting sales goals.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a total commitment to success each and every day.
  • Ability to relate to customers and communicate effectively.
  • Strong understanding of social media and technology.
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team.

Qualifications:
  • OTL/RIBO (required).
  • Life and Health license- LLQP (must be able to obtain).
  • Good understanding of social media and technology.
  • Product/sales experience (required).
  • College diploma in a related field (preferred).
  • 2 years of relevant experience.
