Job Title: Senior Technical Document Administrator

Job Summary:

The Senior Technical Document Administrator will play a key role in providing high-quality technical documents to customers and internal stakeholders. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests for technical information in a timely and professional manner.
  • Generate, maintain, and distribute technical documents for ASR product lines, working closely with the Sr. Director Global Corporate Quality.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate technical documents in company-approved external customer vendor portals and third-party websites.
  • Assist in the drafting or revision of quality documentation, guidelines, and governance documents as needed.
  • Complete all assigned training within established deadlines and external training as deemed necessary.
  • Work independently to manage and balance ongoing responsibilities, specific projects, and urgent requests.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or institution.
  • Expertise in statistical computing and data management systems.
  • Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting deadlines, working independently, and keeping current with education and training.
  • Strong working knowledge of PC workstations and Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, and database management.
