Key Responsibilities: * Provide technical documentation to customers and internal stakeholders * Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical documents in company-approved external customer vendor portals and third-party websites * Assist in the drafting or revision of quality documentation, guidelines, and governance documents * Complete all internally assigned training within established deadlines and external training as deemed necessary * Work independently to manage and balance ongoing responsibilities, specific projects, and urgent requests Requirements: * Bachelor's degree from an accredited university/institution * Expertise in the use of statistical computing and data management systems * Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills * Strong working knowledge of PC workstations and Microsoft applications * Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, and database management Location: This position is located near ASR Group company locations in Canada, with travel requirements less than 5% About Us: For over 100 years, our employees have taken pride in 'Making Life a Little Sweeter' by providing our customers and consumers with quality service and sugar products.
