Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Office Supervisor to join our team at FNA Industrial Parts & Repair. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient use of resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Train and supervise office staff in duties and policies
  • Prepare and submit reports to management
  • Ensure the smooth operation of office equipment and systems
  • Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to staff
  • Co-ordinate and assign work tasks to staff
  • Requisition and order office supplies and materials
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed
  • Co-ordinate activities with other departments and teams
  • Consult with clients to provide ongoing support and service
  • Establish and maintain office procedures and policies

Requirements:

  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in an office supervisory role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Suite
