We are seeking a Senior Credit Risk Reporting Analyst to join our Credit Risk team at Accoravillage. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our credit risk strategies and managing our overall credit risk within our loan portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop accurate and timely reporting for credit risk and evaluate alternative data methods and new solutions to optimize our credit strategy.
- Provide research, risk analysis, and recommendations for process enhancements to improve our risk management framework.
- Enhance tools and methodologies to measure, monitor, and report risk, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
- Identify and implement specific measures to detect, investigate, mitigate, and report on various risk scenarios that may lead to credit risk losses.
- Validate and maintain risk rating and underwriting models to ensure their accuracy and effectiveness.

Requirements:
- A post-secondary diploma or degree in a related field, plus 5 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Advanced knowledge in credit risk management, including consumer, agricultural, commercial, and credit card lending.
- In-depth knowledge of risk oversight, research, and environmental trend scanning, as well as risk models.
- Advanced EXCEL and Power BI proficiency to analyze and present complex data.
- Experience leading research to create and implement innovative processes that drive business results.
- Working knowledge of risk models, including Probability of Default and Loss Given Default.
