We are seeking a Senior Credit Risk Reporting Analyst to join our Credit Risk team at Accoravillage. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our credit risk strategies and managing our overall credit risk within our loan portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop accurate and timely reporting for credit risk and evaluate alternative data methods and new solutions to optimize our credit strategy.
  2. Provide research, risk analysis, and recommendations for process enhancements to improve our risk management framework.
  3. Enhance tools and methodologies to measure, monitor, and report risk, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
  4. Identify and implement specific measures to detect, investigate, mitigate, and report on various risk scenarios that may lead to credit risk losses.
  5. Validate and maintain risk rating and underwriting models to ensure their accuracy and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  1. A post-secondary diploma or degree in a related field, plus 5 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  2. Advanced knowledge in credit risk management, including consumer, agricultural, commercial, and credit card lending.
  3. In-depth knowledge of risk oversight, research, and environmental trend scanning, as well as risk models.
  4. Advanced EXCEL and Power BI proficiency to analyze and present complex data.
  5. Experience leading research to create and implement innovative processes that drive business results.
  6. Working knowledge of risk models, including Probability of Default and Loss Given Default.
