We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Operations Coordinator to join our team at Rastogi Consulting Inc.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily operations, arranging seminars and conferences, and overseeing the preparation of reports.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate Daily Operations: Direct and control daily activities, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity.
- Schedule Appointments: Arrange and confirm appointments, meetings, and events.
- Manage Reports: Oversee the preparation of reports, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Inventory Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
- Communication: Liaise with management, union officials, and HR consultants, providing excellent oral and written communication skills.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 1-2 years of experience: In an administrative or support role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Computer Literacy: Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Access.
