Job Description:

  • ">
  • Lead and Manage Team: Guide and support a team of training professionals to deliver high-quality training programs. Provides clear expectations and performance measures, meaningful feedback, recognizes and rewards achievements, and takes disciplinary steps when warranted.">
  • Develop Training Programs: Design and implement comprehensive training and onboarding programs tailored to the specific needs of Candu Energy projects and external clients.">
  • Conduct Training Sessions: Lead engaging and informative training sessions, workshops, and seminars for new hires, existing employees, and external clients.">
  • Ensure Qualifications: Ensure employees have the required qualifications to work on project sites, including necessary certifications and compliance with industry standards.">
  • Oversee Succession Planning: Develop and implement succession planning programs to identify and prepare future leaders within the organization.">
  • Implement Leadership and Mentorship Training: Create and manage leadership and mentorship training programs to foster employee development and growth to support project succession development.">
  • Evaluate Training Effectiveness: Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.">
  • Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure training content remains relevant and effective.">
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with project managers, HR, and other departments to identify training needs and develop customized training solutions for both internal teams and external clients.">
  • Documentation: Create and maintain detailed training materials, including manuals, guides, and online resources.">
  • Support: Provide ongoing support and mentorship to employees and clients post-training to ensure continuous improvement and knowledge retention.">
  • Compliance: Ensure all training programs comply with industry regulations and company policies.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.">
  • Experience and Industry Knowledge: Recommended 5 years of experience in training and development, with a focus on onboarding and preparing employees for project work. Familiarity with the energy sector, particularly nuclear energy, is highly desirable.">
  • Training Skills: Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs, both in-person and virtually.">
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team effectively.">
  • Willingness to Travel: Willingness to travel to project locations as required.">
