Butcher - Meat Cutter - Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a skilled Butcher to join our team at Taunton Commercial Bakery Inc. as a key member of our retail sales team.
Key Responsibilities- Cutting and Preparing Meat: Cut carcasses, sides, and quarters, as well as trim and prepare standard cuts of meat.
- Meat Handling and Display: Wrap and package prepared meats, remove bones from meat, and prepare special displays of meats, poultry, and fish products.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, including supervising other butchers, meat cutters, and fishmongers, and shaping, lacing, and tying roasts, other meats, poultry, and seafood.
- Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory levels, including tracking stock and ordering supplies as needed.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail sales environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
