Senior Property Manager

Argus Properties Ltd. is a leading real estate investment company seeking a highly skilled Senior Property Manager to join our team. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for the performance of a portfolio of properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring timely and effective response to tenant and property requirements.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve property performance, increase revenue, and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including maintenance, accounting, and leasing, to ensure seamless property operations.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to inform business decisions.
  • Identify and evaluate underperforming properties, developing and implementing plans to improve their performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of commercial property management experience, with a strong background in residential property management.
  • Formal education and/or property management designations preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of general accounting practices, financial analysis, and capital planning.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Yardi Voyager (or similar property management/accounting software).
