Savers / Value Village is a leader in the thrift industry, championing reuse and inspiring a future where secondhand is second nature.


We supply our stores with gently-used, one-of-a-kind items that have been donated by the community to local nonprofit organizations. Our mission is to redirect billions of pounds of used items away from landfills and onto our store racks and shelves for reuse, while providing our partners with valuable funding for their community-based programs and services.

Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team. As a Supervisor, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the success of our stores by leading and developing your team members, driving sales growth, and implementing operational strategies.


You'll have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive results.



About the Role

As a Supervisor, you'll be responsible for:



  • Leading and developing a team of Team Members to achieve sales growth and operational excellence
  • Implementing operational strategies to drive results and improve customer experience
  • Providing exceptional customer service and promoting a positive store image
  • Maintaining a safe and healthy work environment


About You

To be successful in this role, you'll need:



  • Proven leadership and supervisory experience in a retail or similar environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team
  • Knowledge of retail operations and customer service principles
