Job Title: Supervisor - Retail

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Supervisor - Retail to join our team at Your Dollar Store with More. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, ensuring efficient and effective service to customers.
  • Manage store inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the store manager to achieve business objectives and implement company policies.
  • Conduct regular meetings with staff to discuss performance, provide feedback, and set goals.
  • Monitor and control store expenses, including labor costs, inventory, and supplies.
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and initiatives, and communicate changes to staff.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of retail management experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
