Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Your Dollar Store with More. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff

  • Hire and train new staff members
  • Authorize returns and exchanges of merchandise
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that all staff are aware of their duties
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
  • Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages
  • Organize and maintain inventory
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a retail environment
