Key Responsibilities

Project Management

As a Lead Fabricator, you will be responsible for leading projects from production to paint-ready products, ensuring timely, budget-friendly, and high-quality deliverables.

  • Attend take-off meetings with sales reps, production managers, and installation managers.
  • Oversee the production process, guaranteeing all deliverables meet expectations.
  • Develop expertise in MIG and TIG welding, as well as wood fabrication.

Compensation and Benefits

Vancouver Sign Group Canada offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $90,000, worked into an hourly rate.
