Job Summary:

Agilitek Solutions Ltd is seeking a Salesforce Data Solutions Specialist to support the delivery of our software and services within the sports and entertainment industry.

This role involves working on Agilitek's implementation and customer success team, collaborating with clients to implement and configure Salesforce Sales and/or Service Cloud. The ideal candidate will have experience with data migration, administration, customization, and configuration of Salesforce, as well as strong account management skills and customer empathy.

Our flagship product, the Fan Data Platform, provides robust solutions for ingesting, resolving, organizing, segmenting, and activating customer data and fan data across CRM, MarTech, and AdTech platforms. We offer a remote-first work environment and are based in Vancouver, Canada, serving many prominent names in the sports and entertainment industry.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Participate in a portfolio of projects for clients, primarily related to functional consulting, administration, customization, and configuration of Salesforce.
  • Manage a portfolio of existing customers, holding recurring meetings to train them on new functionality, capture evolving requirements, and maintain healthy customer relationships.
  • Provide reactive support to technical and business issues related to Salesforce or Agilitek software products.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience with Salesforce Sales and/or Service Cloud
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal, technical and non-technical)
  • Strong account management skills and customer empathy
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and a portfolio of concurrent projects
