Salesforce Declarative Specialist

We’re looking for a **Salesforce Declarative Specialist** to join our team and be part of our next stage of growth. As our Salesforce Declarative Specialist you will be the champion for maximizing the configurable features needed for our markets on the Salesforce platform. The Salesforce Declarative Specialist is involved in the earliest stages of product design, ensuring that the power of Salesforce has been leveraged to its fullest capacity in our solutions, to executing the build of that design, to working with our development team in packaging those features to deliver to our customers.

**Skills**
Traction Rec'rs come from a variety of backgrounds, and we are eager to find people that are from diverse backgrounds. For this role, you might have:
- 5+ years of experience with Salesforce Solutioning and Configuration
- Expertise in aligning Salesforce Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud solutions to customer and market needs
- Influence and collaboration with Salesforce Developers to augment Salesforce configurable solutions with custom development
- Stewarding the product through solution design with an eye for maximizing usability
- Expertise providing solutions for Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud offerings is a definite asset
- Experience collaborating and communicating with Product Management, User Experience, Development, Quality Assurance, and Product Enablement team members
- Experience working with DevOps to package and release Salesforce Packages
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Effective independent time management and prioritization working in a remote environment
- Bonus points if:

**What You Will Be Doing**
- Working with the Product Managers, Services, and Customers to build and package persona based experiences that maximizes the use of standard Salesforce features
- Working through the backlog of features with the Product Managers to determine configurable solution feasibility vs the need for custom development
- Exploring competitor offerings and looking for opportunities to match / exceed product capabilities
- Updating and managing the Product Demo Org that is leveraged by UX, Product, Marketing, Services, Engagement, Support, and Product Enablement to demo and document product details
- Partnering with Salesforce Product team to understand what is on the roadmap and maximizing Traction Rec's adoption / incorporation of new features
- Preparing our Services and Support teams for upcoming releases of new features including demos and training materials to support successful implementations
- Understanding customer needs and providing packaged Reporting and Dashboards
**Compensation**
At Traction Rec, we are committed to a fair, market-based and equitable compensation structure. Our market data is refreshed on an annual basis to reflect the most current market conditions.
The starting salary band for this role is $110,000-$125,000. Starting salaries will vary within this range based on experience and skill level.
