Who is Agilitek: Agilitek Solutions is a software company focused on helping organizations take control of their data. Our flagship product, the Fan Data Platform, provides robust solutions for ingesting, resolving, organizing, segmenting, and activating customer data and fan data across CRM, MarTech and AdTech platforms. Our Partnership Solution for Salesforce manages sponsorship assets, rate cards, pipelines and contracts, and activation and fulfillment efforts. Our Salesforce consulting team helps ensure our customers can leverage their sales and service efforts effectively across their business. Based out of Vancouver Canada, our remote-first team of 30 people is privileged to count many of the biggest names in sports and entertainment as delighted customers.
Who you are: The ideal candidate is a results-oriented, self-motivated individual with a strong curiosity that drives them to continuous learning, and a passion for delighting customers with thoughtful and high touch customer service. This is a customer facing role, and as such, strong listening skills and professional written and verbal communication skills are of paramount importance. And as a Salesforce-focused role at a data-focused company, technical proficiency in Salesforce and data literacy overall, will be critical for the role.
What you will do: The successful candidate will participate in a portfolio of projects for clients, mostly within the sports industry, and primarily related to:
- Functional consulting related to the implementation of Salesforce Sales and/or Service cloud “from scratch”
- Administration, customization, and configuration of Salesforce for existing implementations.
- Data migration from legacy systems (using Data Loader, XLS, SOQL, and potentially SQL from time to time), for Agilitek customers on-boarding to Agilitek products within Salesforce.
- Managing a portfolio of existing Agilitek customers, holding recurring meetings with them to train them on new functionality, capture new and evolving requirements, and generally maintain healthy customer relationships.
- Reactive support to technical and business issues related to Salesforce or Agilitek software products.
The successful candidate must have:
- 3+ years’ experience with Salesforce Sales and/or Service Cloud
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal, technical and non-technical)
- Strong account management skills and customer empathy
- Ability to manage competing priorities and a portfolio of many concurrent projects
Additionally, the ideal candidate may have:
- Proficiency in other Salesforce products such as Marketing Cloud or Tableau
- Familiarity with web development or digital marketing
- Salesforce certifications such as Advanced Administrator or Platform Developer
- Candidates with experience in the sports and entertainment industry may be given preference
Professional Development: You will be expected to earn at least one Salesforce Certification within your first 6 months, with time provided each week specifically for self-directed learning. Additional professional development and certification will be actively encouraged.
Compensation: Based on experience. Budget for the role is 70-100k CAD annually.
