Job Title: Corporate Services Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Corporate Services Clerk to join our team at Arlyn Recruiting. As a Corporate Services Clerk, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our corporate clients, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to work in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparation and filing of annual reports and updates for corporate clients
  • Assisting with corporate due diligence searches and coordinating with clients
  • Providing administrative support to the corporate team, including data entry and document preparation
  • Monitoring corporate email requests and responding to client inquiries
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in a relevant field is an asset
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and legal software applications
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
