We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at A1 TRUSSES(1993) LTD. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth day-to-day operation.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet visitors and clients, respond to phone calls and messages, and provide general administrative support.
- Administrative Tasks: Manage the switchboard, schedule appointments, send invoices, and perform various clerical duties.
- Communication: Develop strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and vendors through excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Will train.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks.
- Personal Qualities: Excellent oral communication, flexibility, organization, reliability, and teamwork skills.
