Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at MAJHA EXTERIORS LTD. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Front Desk Operations: Greet clients and visitors, direct them to the appropriate contact or service area, and provide basic information as needed.
  • Communication: Record and relay information, schedule and confirm appointments, and send invoices as required.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate work records and logs, perform clerical duties such as filing and sorting mail, and calculate billing charges.
  • Customer Service: Provide directory assistance, perform data entry, and offer exceptional customer service to clients and visitors.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset, but not required.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
