Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Receptionist to join our team at MAJHA EXTERIORS LTD. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide friendly and professional assistance to clients and visitors, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Administrative Support: Perform a range of administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule appointments and meetings, and coordinate with staff and clients to ensure seamless communication.
  • Communication: Respond to phone calls, emails, and other correspondence in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, appointments, and other relevant information.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: Experience an asset

Work Term: Permanent

Work Language: English

Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week
