Key Responsibilities- Provide cost analysis and estimation services for construction projects, including:
- Preparation of cost estimates based on project plans and schedules;
- Monitoring of construction progress and costs;
- Preparation of cost reports and presentations;
- Conducting site visits and reporting on project progress;
- Analyzing project costs and identifying areas for cost savings.
- 1-2 years of experience in cost estimation and/or cost control for construction projects;
- Degree in Construction Estimation, Economics, or related field;
- Membership in RICS, AEÉCQ, ICÉC, LEED, or equivalent;
- Ability to analyze project schedules and plans and identify cost-saving opportunities;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint;
