We are seeking a skilled Estimator / Senior Estimator Construction to lead cost evaluations for various construction projects. The ideal candidate will have experience with General Contractors and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities- Lead cost evaluation for construction projects, analyzing drawings, technical specifications, and other documents to prepare estimates.
- Collaborate with the project team to understand clients' specific needs and propose cost-effective solutions.
- Assess potential risks associated with projects and develop strategies to minimize them.
- Prepare detailed reports and recommendations based on in-depth cost/benefit analyses.
- Experience with General Contractors.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in public projects (SEAO).
- Experience in design-build projects.
- Knowledge of Procore, Master Format, RS MEANS, and Uniformat (an asset).
