Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests in a professional and upbeat manner.
  • Ensure safe and responsible service of all beverage products, including setting drink rates and monitoring guests.
  • Follow cash out procedures accurately and settle payments with patrons.
  • Follow opening and closing bar procedures and ensure proper cleaning and operation of equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with company health and safety policies and adhere to the Occupational Health and Safety Act.

Requirements:

  • Secondary school diploma or equivalent working experience and education.
  • Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a high-volume establishment.
  • Valid Smart Serve Certificate required.
  • Previous cash handling and system experience required.
  • Strong wine and beverage knowledge.
  • Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, customer service, and communication skills.
