Primary Care Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Primary Care Team Lead to join our team at Northern Health Authority. As a key member of our Primary Care department, you will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to our healthcare teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership and guidance to healthcare teams, including clinical and administrative staff
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and services
- Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
- Supervise and mentor staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures
- Baccalaureate degree in a social or behavioral science field
- Three to five years of recent experience in a leadership capacity, including experience in individual, family, and group modalities of practice
- Valid BC Driver's License
