  • Key Responsibilities
    • Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings
    • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle in-person inquiries
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
    • Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate and efficient records
    • Prepare and edit reports, documents, and presentations
    • Coordinate projects and programs, and ensure timely completion of tasks
    • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Microsoft Office applications
    • Requirements
      • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
      • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
      • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
      • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
      • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
