- The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, multitasking abilities, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, answering phone calls and emails, maintaining records and databases, and performing data entry tasks.
- The successful candidate will also be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

- Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle in-person inquiries
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate and efficient records
- Prepare and edit reports, documents, and presentations
- Coordinate projects and programs, and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Microsoft Office applications
- Requirements
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
