Assistant Store Manager

Reitmans (Canada) Limited is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and leading a team of sales associates to achieve store objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales and customer service goals
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve store objectives and implement company initiatives
- 1-2 years of retail management experience, preferably in a fashion or plus-size fashion environment
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset
