About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Circle K. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing store operations, including hiring, supervising, and training staff
- Help to maintain high standards of customer service, product quality, and store appearance
- Assist with cash handling, bookkeeping, and other administrative tasks
- Develop and implement plans to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives and goals
Requirements
- Customer service skills and experience in a retail environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic math skills and accuracy with cash handling
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
