Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Circle K. As a key member of our store operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our store.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing store operations, including hiring, supervising, and working with staff to accomplish daily tasks and objectives.
- Help maintain high standards of customer service, product quality, and store appearance.
- Assist with cash handling, bookkeeping, and other administrative tasks.
- Develop and implement plans to improve store performance and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve store goals and objectives.
- 2+ years of retail experience, preferably in a management role.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with cash handling.
