Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team at Paramount Fine Foods Milton. As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facility, ensuring smooth production and efficient use of resources.
Key Responsibilities:- Train and supervise a team of 3-4 employees to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Ensure the smooth operation of equipment and machinery, and coordinate maintenance and repair work as needed.
- Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to employees to improve productivity and product quality.
- Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources and meet production targets.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees, management, and clients.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to adjust to changing circumstances and priorities.
