Key Responsibilities- Administrative Services Coordination: Co-ordinate and manage the provision of administrative services to ensure seamless delivery of support to our teams.
- Department Evaluation: Evaluate the operations of our administrative services department to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize efficiency.
- Team Management: Manage and direct a team of administrative staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the resources and training needed to excel in their roles.
- Financial Management: Collect and record administrative and service fees, and assist in preparing annual budgets to ensure financial stability.
- Operational Planning: Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Staff Development: Direct and advise staff on records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources or other administrative services, and provide training and development opportunities to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Regulatory Compliance: Direct and control corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures to ensure adherence to established standards.
- Recruitment and Training: Hire and train or arrange for training of staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services, and provide analysis and recommendations to inform business decisions.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a logistics or courier services company.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or management.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
- Work Setting: General office environment with occasional travel to company sites.
- Supervision: 5-10 people.
