Job Title: National Property Specialist

Join Xpera as a National Property Specialist and take on a challenging role that requires expertise in building valuation, property damage assessment, and construction estimation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely valuations of residential and commercial properties, as well as conducting site inspections and quality surveys to ensure the highest level of quality and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct site inspections and quality surveys to gather data and information for property valuations
  • Provide accurate and timely valuations of residential and commercial properties
  • Conduct research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Construction/Building Science, Construction Management, Architectural or Civil Engineering Technology
  • Minimum 5 years estimating and project management experience in construction, restoration or insurance industry required
  • Working Knowledge of Xactimate Estimating Software is required
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, good computer skills and ability type a minimum of 35 wpm
  • Capacity to learn various electronic and manual estimating systems
