Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Director of Operations and Clinical Services to lead our team in driving business growth and delivering exceptional patient care.
The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a remote team of Field Nurses within assigned geographical territories
- Achieve Key Performance Indicators for clinic and nursing operations, including budget and expense controls
- Monitor demand for clinic and nursing services to ensure adequate resource availability
- Lead clinic growth opportunities, including site identification and establishment of new clinics
- Ensure compliance with provincial College of Nurses standards and protocols
- Travel regularly throughout the assigned territory and participate in management meetings at head office
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) or equivalent required; working towards the degree is acceptable
- Registration with the College of Nurses in the province of employment is mandatory
- Minimum 5-7 years of nursing experience and 2-5 years of management experience or related experience
- Excellent clinical skills, effective communication, and leadership abilities
- Ability to meet deadlines, problem-solve effectively, and maintain a valid driver's license
