We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Edo Japan.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven individual to oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring seamless service delivery and exceptional customer experience.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced food service environment, with a proven track record of successfully managing staff, maintaining quality standards, and driving sales growth.

As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Supervising and training a team of food service staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation
  • Monitoring inventory levels, controlling costs, and maintaining accurate records
  • Addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborating with the management team to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth
About You
