Job Description for Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Tripleo's Restaurant. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, servers, and hosts/hostesses to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the restaurant.
Requirements
  • Certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year or relevant experience.
  • Experience an asset, with a strong track record of leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
