Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at McDonald's Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including inventory management, cash handling, and staff supervision.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, including marketing initiatives and promotions.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and train staff to ensure they are meeting performance expectations and providing excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Office.
