The Role

We are seeking an ambitious Sales Specialist to drive sales and advance with our company. As a key member of our outside sales team, you will be responsible for selling our facility services, including restroom supplies, floor mats, towels, masks, and first aid solutions, to support our growth and increasing demand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and sell our facility services to new and existing customers
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and sales skills

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Business-to-business outside sales experience
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Experience with customer relationship management systems
