The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and influential Facilities Sales Specialist to drive sales and advance with our company. As a key member of our outside sales team, you will be responsible for selling our facility services, including restroom supplies, floor mats, towels, masks, and first aid solutions, to support our growth and increase in demand.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and sell our facility services to new and existing customers
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
- Participate in ongoing paid training and mentoring to enhance product knowledge and sales skills
Requirements
- Valid driver's license, proof of car insurance, and a dependable vehicle
- Successfully pass a criminal background check
- High school diploma
- Business-to-business outside sales experience focused on new account generation
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management Systems - Salesforce preferred
