Event Operations Manager

beBee Professionals is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Operations Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of all events and activities. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement event plans and strategies to ensure successful execution
  • Manage event budgets and resources, ensuring efficient use of company funds
  • Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and transportation, to ensure seamless execution
  • Oversee event staff and volunteers, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Evaluate event progress and success, identifying areas for improvement
  • Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure high-quality services and products
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate event results and insights

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in event management, hospitality, or related field
  • Proven experience in event management, with a strong track record of success
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience using event management software and tools
