Executive Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Executive Coordinator to join our team at ONTARIO INC.
About the RoleThis is a permanent, full-time opportunity with 35 hours of work per week. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating various administrative tasks and providing exceptional support to our executives.
Responsibilities- Scheduling and Coordination: Arrange seminars, conferences, and other events, including travel itineraries and reservations.
- Communication: Answer phone calls, respond to electronic inquiries, and direct visitors to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
- Data Management: Compile statistics, maintain manual and computerized filing systems, and order office supplies.
- Administrative Support: Prepare meeting minutes, determine office procedures, and provide general administrative assistance as needed.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Secondary School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1-6 months of experience in an administrative setting.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Windows.
The successful candidate will receive:
- Bonus opportunities.
- Commission on sales or revenue generated.
- A competitive salary, estimated to be around $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
- 35 hours of work per week in a hybrid work environment.
The primary language spoken in this role is English.Work Location
This is a remote opportunity with flexibility to work from home or in the office.
