Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a regional marketing and business development strategy, including annual budget development and sales revenue targets.
  • Lead the development of marketing materials, including proposals, presentations, and other collateral.
  • Manage and maintain market pipeline information and data on client cultivation and engagement.
  • Collaborate with functional leads to support internal marketing and business development initiatives.
  • Coach and develop a local team of marketing and business development specialists to ensure our practice-wide marketing and business development strategy is consistently applied across the region.
Requirements:
  • University degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or equivalent.
  • 12+ years' experience in progressive business experience, including 2+ years managing others.
  • 6+ years of A/E industry experience in a similar role.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign.
