Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a portfolio of clients and providing proactive support to ensure their satisfaction
- Collaborating with a portfolio manager to achieve business objectives
- Responding to client inquiries and concerns via email and ticketing system
- Booking meetings and resolving complex issues
- Assisting with ad-hoc duties, such as writing articles and preparing presentations
Requirements:
- Strong accounting knowledge and understanding of debits and credits
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Personable and engaging with clients
- Construction experience and knowledge of industry
