Our client, a leading provider of enterprise management software solutions, is seeking a skilled Customer Success Specialist to join their team. As a key member of the Construction segment, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and providing exceptional support to ensure their success.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a portfolio of clients and providing proactive support to ensure their satisfaction
  • Collaborating with a portfolio manager to achieve business objectives
  • Responding to client inquiries and concerns via email and ticketing system
  • Booking meetings and resolving complex issues
  • Assisting with ad-hoc duties, such as writing articles and preparing presentations

Requirements:

  • Strong accounting knowledge and understanding of debits and credits
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Personable and engaging with clients
  • Construction experience and knowledge of industry
