About the Role

BrainStation is seeking a highly skilled Digital Career Coach to join our Education Experience team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our students and graduates in achieving successful career outcomes in the tech industry.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement personalized career development plans for graduates, providing coaching and support throughout their job search process
  • Design and deliver engaging career workshops and training programs to equip bootcamp students with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the tech industry
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring partners and companies to identify job opportunities and promote BrainStation's graduates
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and identify areas for growth and improvement
  • Collaborate with the global Experience Team to develop and implement strategies to grow our network of hiring partners and increase career outcomes for our graduates
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our students and graduates, ensuring a seamless and successful experience
  • Stay current with industry developments and advancements, applying this knowledge to inform and improve our career development programs

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in business development, recruitment, or growth marketing
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring partners and companies
  • Demonstrable knowledge of the tech industry and career pathways, with a strong understanding of the skills and qualifications required for success
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional results
