About the Role

BrainStation is seeking a highly skilled Digital Career Coach to join our Education Experience team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our students and graduates in achieving their career goals in the tech industry.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement personalized career development plans for graduates, providing coaching and guidance to help them achieve their career objectives.
  • Design and deliver career workshops and training programs to equip bootcamp students with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the tech industry.
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring partners and companies to identify job opportunities and provide support to BrainStation's graduates.
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and identify emerging job opportunities in the tech sector.
  • Collaborate with the global Experience Team to develop and implement strategies to grow our network of hiring partners and increase job placement rates.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to students, graduates, and hiring partners, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience throughout the job search process.
  • Stay current with industry developments and best practices in career development and education, applying this knowledge to continuously improve our programs and services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in business development, recruitment, or growth marketing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, graduates, and hiring partners.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of the tech industry and its various career paths, with a strong understanding of the skills and qualifications required for success.
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales tools, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
