About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Associate. As a key member of our Canadian Banking Branch network, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers and helping them achieve their financial goals.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing proactive and personalized support to customers, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Processing day-to-day transactions and ensuring accurate and efficient service
  • Nurturing long-term relationships with customers and identifying opportunities to grow their business with Scotiabank
  • Contributing to the Branch's targets by identifying and fulfilling simple sales opportunities
  • Staying up-to-date with technology and sharing knowledge with customers to help them better manage their banking needs
