About the Role

As a Customer Experience Associate at Scotiabank, you will be the face of our branches, providing exceptional service to our customers and helping them achieve their financial goals. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions to meet their financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide proactive and personalized service to customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Process day-to-day transactions and manage customer accounts.
  • Nurture long-term relationships with customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
  • Contribute to the branch's sales targets by identifying and fulfilling simple sales opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with Scotiabank's products and services, and promote them to customers as opportunities arise.
Requirements
  • Proven customer service skills, with a strong focus on building relationships and delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Basic computer skills, with experience using Microsoft Office and other software applications.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
